Our home was listed with Cherie in March 2025, and unfortunately our experience was very frustrating. We had a large number of showings, yet I constantly had to reach out myself just to get feedback. Communication was very inconsistent, and it often took days to receive a response to important questions. Sherie is and will be our go to real estate agent. She is extremely knowledgeable on how to set a price point and market your home even in a buyers market as we are in now. She sold our horse farm on the first showing. I had the property listed with a nationally known horse friendly agency and all I heard was crickets. Sherie 's great video of our farm I feel was the game changer. Don't walk run to to her and list your property with Sherie.
Cherie did a fantastic job for us selling our home. She had awesome photos taken and advertised everywhere possible. From the time we went on the market to the time we closed was about a month. Cherie is great at suggesting all of the things we needed to do to get our property ready to sale and her communication kept us informed. I highly recommend Cherie to anyone wanting to sale their house!
I highly recommend Cherie as a realtor! I was extremely impressed with the pictures her photographer took, and her marketing is amazing - she made awesome videos to promote our property. She also stopped by to check on the property regularly, since we lived out of town. But what impressed me the most was how she gave us advice that was in OUR best interest, even when it wasn't in HER best interest.
