I had laser gum surgery done on lower right quadrant The staff was nice and pleasant during the surgery, but the recovery was brutal! It took many months before the area felt normal. To top it off, no improvements were made in the area that was treated. I’m so glad I did not do the other quadrant that they recommended.

This office is not In-Network for any insurance. Dr. Brown was very personable, however, instead of addressing the issue I specifically made the appt. for, she wanted to schedule me for root planning, which I don't need, and charged an exorbitant evaluation fee of $180 plus X-Ray. The fee was not disclosed in advance. I called the office to discuss the fee and they were not receptive to any negotiation even though my insurance's customary evaluation fee is $45-$49.

This woman is just an amazing person. I moved to the US from Germany and Sweden, I had unfortunately thanks to the well, state of dentistry there neglected my flossing and cleaning, I had jaw issues from never wearing braces, I had 2 root canals and I had extracted my molars (I had too many), she performed surgery on me. I've never felt better, nor in better hands. Their staff is amazing.
