NEVER ON TIME!
My sister took our severely demented mother to Dr. Franklin. She was very impressed with her kindness and caring toward our mother and her situation. Was able to get an appt. immediately. Dr. Franklin is an excellent practitioner and we appreciate everything she has and is willing to do to help us through this difficult time. Thank you, Dr. Franklin!
So I was referred to Dr. Franklin as a new patient. It is so unfortunate that even after seeing the not so good reviews on other sites, that I would have the same unpleasant experience. One of my appointments were canceled and rescheduled due to an issue on their side. Which is fine. However, the rescheduled appointment then had to be canceled by myself. I have been seeing Dr Franklin for years and more recently for an issue that has been problematic for me for the past 7 months. 4 months ago I asked her if what I could be experiencing was a leak of brain/spinal fluid she said no I repeated the concern and she ignored what was said and made a referral to my Allergist. Well fast forward today I will be getting surgery for what I suspected months ago, a spinal leak. Dr. Franklin says she still stands firm by her diagnosis.
