I have never had such a miserable, lazy PCP. She literally tries to pass you off to someone else for EVERYTHING. She is rude and incompetent.
I recently moved back to Ma. after 15 years and was in need of a PCP. I was told about Cheri Cerrato by a friend and she was close to home so I made an appointment and was extremely happy with my visit with her. If you're looking for a new provider I highly recommend Cheri Cerrato, she is the first provider I've had that has taken the time to actually listen to my concerns and give honest advice. I could go on and on about why she is a wonderful provider but the fact that I have RECOMMENDED her to my entire family says it all.
Always listens, never ever rushes, doesn’t make you feel like a number but a person. She is so knowledgeable it will amaze you. I wouldn’t want anyone else taking care of me or my loved one on the regular. I will follow her as a primary wherever she goes!
