Cheri is a wonderful provider and takes the time to listen to me and provides excellent care.
She seemed very incompetent to me and my husband when we had to see her this last Monday because my OB wasn't available. She pulled in an ultrasound machine last minute and seemed like she had no idea what she was doing, we barely even saw baby. The pictures she printed were awful and you couldn't see anything. We had never heard the heartbeat yet, which I told her, then she proceeded to only play it for about 3 seconds and that's it. Very sad that Cheri announced the gender of my baby within the first 5 seconds of my appointment when it was made clear weeks ago that it was going to be a surprise at delivery. She was so flustered when I told her we weren’t finding out and she tried a little too hard to cover up the fact that she just ruined a special moment for me and my family, that she didn’t even give me any information about the symptoms I’ve been having recently so not only did she ruin my whole day, I also got 0 answers on why I’m feeling so sick.
