This has been the absolute worst experience I’ve had with any business, service, or lawyer. She would go months without responding, she got an attitude with me anytime i would say anything she didn’t like (even threatening to drop my case for simply asking why it was taking so long to have papers filed to have the mother served), the things she told me on the initial conversation ended up not being true, and when I mentioned these things there was zero accountability taken. Unprofessional, I’m waiting for her to refund our money and she is dragging it out. You would think that would be the least she could do for wasting our time. If she truly care about families she would do right by them. Lyd post was similar to how Cherie bated me in and didn’t follow through.
Cheri really disappointed me. After having to borrow a couple grand to have Cherie represent me in a custody case, she appeared at the courthouse once, over zoom once, then withdrew from my case. She even had the audacity to send me a bill afterwards for $.75/per text messages. She was confident about my case and seemed to be excited to help my daughter when we discussed my case.
