My first time having my hair cut here. My stylist was Patty P. She is very friendly and professional. She asked me how I wanted my haircut and listened. I am very pleased with my haircut. I will be going back to her.

My sister who suffers with mental illness was referred to the salon needing help with detangling her hair. Kathy answered and told her that because she has a cat she wouldn't be able to do it because there could be fleas in her hair. How dare she assume that my sisters hygiene is in question. She definitely needs some empathy.

Had referred someone to call in to get some assistance with detangling their hair. KATHY answered and said they'd be unable to do the service as the client has a cat Immediately suggesting that they'd have fleas in their hair. Very unprofessional to make such a gross assumption about their pet hygiene and to carry on stigmas against those struggling with mental health over the phone without even having an in person consultation.

I have never been here. I don't know why they're saying I have. I don't know how many points to give it because I've never been here so I'm just going straight down the middle and putting a three please mind that my rating means nothing nothing at all because I've never been there and I just want this not I don't know whyis saying this is one of the places I have visited thanks
