This company sucks!! They keep you on hold for over ten minutes for a simple question. They will never get my business. I just had a pricing question and I was put on hold for literally ten minutes. That is no way to do business especially if I am a potential new customer who will have many orders in the future. I wish I did not have to give any stars but since I have to, one star is too much for them.
