Tries to Sell you more dental work than you need
Dr. Cheong did not solve my dental problem. She is not patient oriented.
I was looking for a dentist nearby because of my emergency tooth pain and found Lee and Lee Dentistry through google. I had to get that tooth extracted. I was very scared, but I did not feel any pain at all. She explained the process thoroughly before the procedure and made sure I was comfortable with my emergency extraction. She was amazing! She is such a friendly, caring doctor who knew how to deal with nervous patients like me.
As much as I dislike going to the dentist, Dr Cheong was very understanding, compassionate, and comforting to my phobia throughout all my visits. She was thorough and also took the time to explain what she was going to do as well as why things were being done. Not only was she excellent it taking care or my needs, but was also wonderful with my 2 boys. We've found our dentist in her!
Dr. Cheong is very down-to-earth, very patient and caring. She takes as much time as you need to explain your treatment options and very gentle.
