I called on 7/3 to see if they had time for brow wax, pedicure and manicure. Chen said no. I asked if I can get my brows waxed, she said yes. She gave me a time and I went in, she did the pedicure and manicure also which was great. I appreciate that she went ahead and took care of me. Excellent customer service and a great place.
I’ve visited this nail salon multiple times for chrome and have always had a decent experience. However, during my most recent visit with my sister, I was disappointed by the service. The technician who assisted me was rude and made me feel judged for requesting a simple nail cleaning and a basic polish service for my little sister. Unlike my previous visits, she asked me to pay before my color was even applied, which felt unusual and unnecessary.
