This Clinic has handled our kitties for many years. They are professional and caring and so understanding of how difficult it is to be "Kitty Mom and Dad". We recently lost one of our precious fur babies and Dr. Sarah Hickey and her staff we so kind and did all they could to help us!
This is the most loving, caring pet clinic I've ever taken my dogs. Dr. Sara Hickey is caring on her father's tradition of being a brilliant, patient vet who truly understands both the pet and owner. I always receive full explanations of what's happening with my dog when she is ill, and if I need more time, Dr. Hickey makes herself available. John (Dr. Hickey's brother) and Sara, a long-time vet tech with the office, make you feel at ease and are completely responsive. I love you all!
I've had issues with every vet in louisville that I've taken my dog to, except this one! This place is absolutely great. Sarah Hickey and the rest of the staff at the clinic are amazing! They are attentive and gentle and you can tell they genuinely care about the animals that walk through their door. Not to mention, my dog absolutely adores Sarah!
Very, very sweet, understanding and knowledgeable. Excellent treatment of our precious dogs and very kind to us as well.
