Grown CHILDREN work there and are to immature to deal with. I went there to pick up some paperwork, I called ahead of time to make sure it was ready, I was on my way out of town. When I get there the girl could not find it and because I asked her if she could just reprint it because I was in a hurry. She got but hurt LIED and now we see another pediatrician.

Very helpful all around, they always have time for a sick child. I recommend this care facility compared to others in Decatur..

The last two visits I’ve had to wait over an hour for my child to be seen. Ended up leaving without treatment and going elsewhere. Tina the nurse is so rude. She doesn’t have the attitude required to work with the public. My kids have been going there for 16 years and I’ve listened to her be rude to others as well over the years but after today, I’m pulling all three of my children. The doctors themselves are kind people but as long as Tina is employed there, do yourself a favor and find another office. She is terrible.

We love Ms. Cheng and Mr. Cheng for my 14 year old autistic special needs grandchild they make her feel like her grandparents would she doesn't experience anxiety and panic attacks anymore having to be seen. She will promptly answer their questions as well as mine and before she would say nothing except nanny tell them. They call you back immediately and if they need to be seen that day and you call early enough they see them that day. Also you can walk in through the urgent care clinic. The doctors are great, but their office manager Hillary W. and recent help they have hired are incredibly unprofessional and do not understand or follow Hippa/ Judicial laws.
