Very gental, professional, and friendly.
Very friendly and nice staff, straightforward with information and help. Would recommend them to others in the area. With my anxiety and not having seen a dentist in awhile, I feel better since visiting them. Had to get fillings and a root canal, they did the job well with no complications outside of having to do an easy readjust.
I was referred to Dr. Cheng for a root canal. I had the best dental experience in all my years, starting with the front office, x-rays, quick appointment times , state of the art equipment, tv in each room to help patients relax, I can go on and on. I was nervous, but Dr. Cheng and his associates eased my dental anxiety, educated me on every thing they were doing. I got the numbing gel and I NEVER felt the shots or pain, I was so shocked. Absolutely incredible staff, every single one of them. I have extreme dental anxiety and they always know exactly what to say and do to calm my nerves. From the front desk to the assistants to the doctors, everyone is kind, patient, and truly amazing. Thank you to Dr. Cheng and the entire team for helping get me back on track. I can’t recommend them enough!
