I had all of my wisdom teeth removed here and the experience was super smooth. Dr. Cheng and the entire team were incredibly professional, kind, and attentive. They made sure I was comfortable every step of the way and explained the entire process clearly, which really helped ease my nerves. Everyone there show that they really care about you. They take the time to listen to you and give you the utmost respect. They fixed my whole mouth and now I can get partials, which I am so excited about. My mouth was in bad shape and they fixed it, and fast as well. I definitely recommend Dr. Cheng and his whole staff
Amazing staff and dentist. Took very good care of my daughter. Also the receptionist Gabby is super sweet and helpful.
Waited almost 2 hrs after being called to the back. Pretty sure the numbing meds are wearing off now. This place needs to do better and not booking up the schedule so much that he has no time to complete his appts. I almost walked out!! Cheng dental do BETTER PLS! And they saw people that had a later appt before me!! Is it an insurance thing or something else????!!!!!
