I have seen a chiropractor for many years. I am from Tennessee and was traveling which caused my sciatica to get inflammed. I came to this chiropractor and he did a great job with my adjustment. I am glad I found him. I have been in pain for over a week. The staff was very nice. Thank you for taking me.
EXTREMELY RUDE. I am not sure if she works as a receptionist or the medical records department but my firm put in a medical records request for a client of ours and i had a women named SARA call my firm back stating that she wasn't a patient. I have don't this for many many years and I HAVE NEVER spoke with someone who was absolutely so blatantly rude. I AM 100% CALLING the manager or whomever is in charge. As a professional the way she spoke to me as a fellow professional was and is absolutely NOT OK.

The quality of care I got here wasn't bad, but not the level of care I needed. The business practices are what ultimately drove me to another office. First, the receptionist tried to tell me that I could still expect to pay something towards the services despite their office being contracted with my insurance and my out of pocket being met for the year.
