Cheney Realty is the WORST real estate company I have ever come into contact with. As a real estate agent they are there to work for you. They refused to enforce the contract when the buyer did not check the boxes for the kitchen appliances that means the buyer doesn't want them. Now Bev is insisting the kitchen appliances be returned to the house. If I was the buyer and forgot to check the boxes for the kitchen appliances you can bet your bottom dollar she would not tell her seller to bring the appliances back. What double ... read more
