I highly do not recommend renting from this company. If you choose to rent here, communicate through email whenever possible and save every message, receipt, notice, maintenance request, photo, and video. I ultimately moved out because I felt the apartment was becoming a health risk. I dealt with recurring mold concerns, including visible dark growth around the windows, and a leak that I reported.
