Not sure why there are so many negative reviews. They were really good to me. Maintenance was quick and the staff, especially Kimberly, were always really nice and helpful. Move out was super easy and I had no issues with receiving my deposit back. Great experience.
I highly do not recommend renting from this company. If you do, I STRONGLY ADVISE you communicate with them VIA email, save every one of them, and SAVE all receipts and notices. This place is a health risk, and I will gladly list why. There is a constant battle with black mold in the complex, to the point that this past year my significant other and I moved out due to the health risk, increased by a leak that they wouldn't let maintenance investigate without having actively flowing water.
