Our first home was built through Cheney and they were just incredible from start to finish they kept me in the loop with everything, just went above and beyond and even finished construction earlier than expected. Couldn’t recommend them enough!
Great builder. Very few defects on the 3 properties I have built with them. Any were sorted straight away without me even mentioning them. Even sorted an item that was not their fault. Speed was very good. Good value for the quality and service. It is a family owned local business. If speed, service and no headaches is important Id go with Cheney.
