The staff is nice but we had a bad experience with their product and they refused to stand behind it. We had a WoodStone floating floor installed in 2021. It is a rigid vinyl plank product that snaps together. As the product was removed from the boxes we noticed the corners and edges of the material were breaking off. Our contractor installed the floor and it looked nice but within a few weeks we started finding little broken pieces of flooring. The product was so brittle it was breaking just from walking on it! several months back Cheney was acquired by ej welch company. terrible communication terrible customer service an absolutely zero accountability when they get things wrong or numerous times don't order your product
