From initial quote through installation, we received timely and top-notch customer service. Zach is responsive and patiently answered a plethora of questions as we were making the final decision on window replacement. We also found after receiving quotes from four different vendors that Chenault offered high quality products while also being affordable for full window replacement. The install team highly skilled and efficient and a pleasure to work with along the way.

I had 16 glass window panels replaced and was told that the work was guaranteed for 5 years. The first time I had them cleaned two of them leaked. I talked to someone and was told Zach would call me. He never called. During the heavy rain we had this spring one window leaked so much it ruined the windowsill. I tried calling and received voicemail, left message but no call back. I requested service from their website and I emailed them. Still ghosted. They do not honor their guarantee.

I have personally used Chenault to replace every one of my windows with cracked seals and moisture between the windows. The work was professionally completed and the windows look great.

Chenault Window Services is extremely responsive, reliable and provides excellent customer service. Zach, the president, personally came to measure my windows within a day of reaching out to them and was very knowledgeable and honest.
