He wants things his way, regardless if the patient can afford it. He can be nice, but he also likes to argue his point--even fought with his Receptionist in front of a patient. I'm still going to him, but will find another dentits after my last 2 visits His receptionist is also rude on the phone at times. She should be professional and respect the patienrs.! My son is not happy with either of them
