This apartment complex is the worst one of Little Rock i wouldn’t recommend anyone living here. I moved in June 15 they gave me a paper to show what was working and not after turning that paper back in they still failed to show to fix those thing i called and called, put in multiple of service orders no one showed up. My air went out i put in a ticket still no one showed up at this. I was a resident at chenal place apartments, all the way up to 11/29/18. To make a long story short when you do your 60 day notice to leave make sure you keep it. Take pictures of all the things not working in apartment. In the time I resided there they have went through 8 apartment managers. Lost paperwork my 60 day notice I was leaving papers. They are totally rude in the office and Corporate office is no better. They work together to rob you of your money. I moved and they forwarded me a bill of 500.00 dollars. And the br... read more

These apartments are horrible and the management is even worse and hard to deal with! If its not that, she hires/fires a new front office assistant every other month, so you never know who you'll get. This company and the apartments should restructure how they do business. I would rather pay a higher rent then deal with the headache. They never answer their phone, they're unorganized, and if you have something wrong you'll have to send in 4-5 requests before someone will even do something. I just moved here 3 months ago. In those 3 months, my dishwasher quit working and it took a month for them to replace, EVERY SINGLE TIME it rains, the apartment FLOODS! I am having to move out now due to this. The plumbing gets stopped up continuously! Do not move here. The apartments look great, everyone seems nice but don't let them fool you!
