100/10. I saw Dr. Heidi May and she was impeccable!! I was pregnant with my first baby and terrified every step of the way. I saw her very frequently after my first trimester due to a few issues, but she was always in a amazing mood, she made me feel seen and heard, if I needed something from home and had to leave a message with her nurse I heard back within a hour or two or she would call me something in asap, she was so patient and kind and absolutely beautiful inside and out. My main doctor is hardly ever in town so trying to schedule with her is a nightmare and as I’m in desperate need for a prescription I HAVE to take on a daily they refused to help me and as I was understandably frustrated they treated me like I was a problem patient over the phone, when in the end they were refusing to actually help me get what I needed because my doctors on VACATION. Good to know patients can suffer because of your incompetent staff.

I’m have a main doc I see there and I was having an enormous amount of symptoms and she ignored them and said it was anxiety.. I left crying and went to the emergency room and they diagnosed me with hyperthyroidism. The ER Doc knew the moment I was telling her my symptoms.
