Dr. Cheng was the most unprofessional, arrogant, demeaning person I’ve ever met. He should not be allowed to practice.
Dr Chen was my eye doctor. I really liked going to him he answered my questions. My problem is I'm giving him a very low rating because his office and he moved and did not notify any of his patients of doing such a thing so we now have no way to contact him for appointments or anything else. So my review of him putting us through his office as fast as possible without doing anything else other than offering glasses is very poor because he never notified and he was patients that his office was closing and it is currently clos... read more
Fast apt. on short notice. Very helpful professional and friendly staff. My insurance had changed and dr. Chen helped by giving me lens for my glasses at 90% off thank you!!!
My appointment was at 9:30am and was so pleased to be seen on time. The Dr. was very professional. The staff was very helpful in the selection of my glasses. When it came time for my glasses to come I was pleasantly surprised that they came in early and were a perfect fit.I would recommend them!

The doctor is impersonal, the place is dirty..I got a pair of glasses picked out and they wouldn't fit them to my head so I have glasses that fall down all the time, my whole appointment was rushed, not even sure if my vision is correct. Renewing my insurance at the end of the year so I DONT have to go to this place ever again.
Great experience, professional doctor, clean office, organized, the best I could hope for in a doctor's visit. All around 5 star quality. Best value by far.
