The Doctor is really good but the office is really horrible. Issues with Diagnostics codes with blood draw orders issues. Quest diagnostics needs diagnostics codes correction yet it seems that Doctors office staff Jessica not forwarding anything at all to the quest nor the insurance. Been leaving messages and visiting the office 2 x already and nothing is being done. Now we are being billed my Quest 672.99 dollars due to failure to match proper codes to the blood draw ordered.
Please don’t waste your time with this office. It takes 3-4 months to get an appointment and they don’t take the proper measures to make sure your labs are in before the appointment. I’ve done the leg work and had my labs faxed to them two times and waited 6 months/2 appointments only for them to tell me they haven’t received my labs. The other woman in the waiting room said she’s had the same issues and won’t be returning either.
