Highly educated, kind, and thorough doctor. Dr. Chen doesn't have a nurse take your updates and then come in to just look at you (like most doctors to these days). Dr. Chen enters your data herself to fully understand your situation, and spends time asking important questions, examining you. Yes, her office hours are funky. I wish they were more 9-5ish. But her excellent care is worth working around her office hours.

I had appointment at1.15 I was seated in the examining room at 1.05. waited to see doctor till 2.20 cooped up till 2.15 she had one more patient in the office .i left office at 2.20 in anger frustration. I am doctor myself. no expression of any remorse from the doctor she does not deserve even one star .i intend to collect 20 $copayment i gave on entering the office .i have to keep her as my doctor till i find replacement i am very upset at Dr Chens lack of sensitivity.
