I had several incidents with this Deerfield office. The office manager Carlina is very rude and doesn’t take accountability for her actions as a manager. The situation came to a head when calling in for a referral for my 84 year old mother. I never have received 1 call back as of this day after calling 5 times. The is sad because they service the ELDERLY people. DONT GET TRAPPED as your approvals for an outside service from a doctor is NOT allowed. Dr. Naima Jihad Anderson has consistently exceeded my expectations in a PCP. She always smiles, shows concern and always listens. She is compassionate and well qualified in her field. I highly recommend her. The front desk staff are awesome! Very efficient and professional. Great customer service! Thanks to Grant who recommended Chen Senior Medical Center to me So far, so good!
