If you are an established senior care patient with your years attended by Specialists, DO NOT GO TO Chen. They have no respect for you as an adult who is capable of duo discussions with them and IGNORE your requests for face to face meeting with the Medical Director to discuss doctoral matters. It's their way or the highway. I'm choosing the highway .... front desk reps are spectacular, back office, good. It ENDS there. Chen is the ABSOLUTE WORSE BUSINESS MODEL FOR PROVIDING SENIOR PATIENT CARE. PERIOD
Dra.Adriana DelVasto …Excelente como profesional…La administración debe tener en cuenta que se requiere destinar mayor tiempo al profesional en la atención de pacientes para que no se sienta el afán en terminar la consulta! Así como Los niños es entendible que los mayores requieren más tiempo de consulta …estar atentos a los medicamentos requeridos ( no genéricos) , a los especialistas cualificados y exámenes generales y de control necesarios con periodicidad!
