Doctors, nurses, all staff are wonderful. They truly work as a team and individually to assure my best overall health care. They are always up to date with my treatment with specialists, diagnosis, medications, follow ups and help with transportation. The doctors are truly involved in giving the best care and attention to my health and needs. I love Chen Senior Medical Center. I cried when one of my doctors left to another state. But not worried because Dr. Lester Pola is awesome.

Forced to give it a 1 Star, otherwise it would be -100. The most incompetent and inept staff over the decades using medical care. From ordering to delivering drugs, from referrals, to visits, to their network of specialists - the worst. Office doctors are wonderful, if you are ready to have a new one every year. I had 2 in 2 years.
I can't thank my doctor, Dr Felix Grudsky, and the team at Chen Senior Medical Center enough. As a last minute walk- in patient I expected a long wait but they were incredibly accommodating and saw me quickly. Dr Grudsky was attentive and addressed my issue with great care, despite me not having an appointment I really appreciate their professionalism and flexibility.
Chen Medical Aventura office is great !!! I’ve been going to ChenMed Aventura since 2018. The entire staff is super friendly, efficient, helpful. Dr. Maria Ferrante is my PCP and is my Angel 😇! No wonder her full given name is Maria de los Angeles. She is amazing. Kind compassionate attentive caring loving patient and never judgmental. I’ve had many many doctors but never one so caring as Dr. Ferrante. The entire staff At ChenMed in Aventura is also amazing!!!! Everyone!!! No exceptions.
