My husband and I have been lied to constantly by the nurse practitioner and the staff regarding his appointment and referral for back surgery on Tuesday March 20th 2018. I spent all day Friday on the phone between Chen Medical and the surgeon as to the referral supposedly being sent by Chen. For whatever reason the referral was sent to the hospital and not to the doctor which delayed things even longer it is now Monday the 19th and the referral still has not been sent to the surgeon who is planning on canceling the surgery f... read more
I love my Dr. but her name isn’t mentioned. It’s Dr. Gatina. Before her I had Df. Sweeney and a great lung Doctor who are also not there anymore. The place is nice and clean and also close to my home so I’m sticking with it, but the staff needs to catch up. Messages are not getting to the doctor.
The attention is great , Dr Calafel cares ,is full of compassion and love , few drs in hmo have such a good side bed manners , call their patients to follow up , also nurses and office people are great , treat you with respect and love . Exactly what a senior needs
