I am giving this practice, one more chance by switching doctors. Dr. Chen should not be working with children she does not have the patience nor bedside manner to be doing so.
We have been going to this practice for 5 year now since we moved to Sussex County. I have four kids and each time we have been happy with the promptness and professionalism of its staff. My kids love Dr. Morgan! I would recommend this practice.
The doctor was kind and professional. The staff was polite and quick to help us.
Sadly, despite being in 2023, my family experience extreme racial profiling and blatant racism at that location. The secretary was racist, rude, and dismissive. All that in front of a 4 year old girl. I'm not naive to think that this will result in any changes, but I'm hoping that this will at least lead this practice to review how the treat people of color, their biases, and stereotypes.
