Mr. Chen is a hero lawyer for some, but a zero human being to me for the terrible way he treated me. I was referred to Mr. Chen by a former client of mine. She said that her whole family fell sick because Home Depot did not do their roof properly and the whole family was hospitalized due to the mold and mildew issue that occurred due to bad roof job.
