The nurses and staff have always been kind to me. I’ve never had to wait long even when I showed up early. Dr. Chen is very knowledgeable and I am confident in his ability to manage my care.
Service on recall was great. Lady service rep was great very helpful quite a change from past experiences at this particular dealership. Several folks voiced bad experiences as I had had in the past. New Manager says he’s working hard to make changes to improve this dealerships reputation from the past. Appears lots left to do. I only took my highlanders back to this dealership the first time in 2 1/2 years since purchased because they said the additional 1400$ warrentee didn’t exist. Very friendly staff
Today when I checked in, the receptionist by Dr. Chen's name was NOT there and the receptionist to the left said she would check me in. I waited 1/2 hour and no one called me in. I told her and she talked to some one in Dr. Chen's ares. They called me in about 7 minutes later. The rest of the appointment was efficient. The person who stuck me for the blood lab work hurt me a bit more than usual.
