Before my friend recommended this clinic to me, he already told me to be patient with one of the receptionists, a young front desk lady, because she is very unfriendly. I was 3 minutes late because I could not find the location, and she scolded me on the phone. After my cleaning the teeth, when I was trying to decide between two times for my next appointment, I hesitated for a moment and she rolled her eyes at me. The doctors, hygienists, and other staff inside were all very nice. The receptionist is very rude!!
Truly a 10/10 experience! Like the other review said, I also 'left feeling super happy.' I was late due to traffic, but the team was incredibly patient and understanding. The doctor was gentle and careful. The atmosphere is lovely!
He is best dentist ever I found in US. He saved my daughter from full anesthesia crown procedure and only charged copay. I can't describe how grateful I am. Highly recommend from all my heart.
