n the last 20 years, I have always defended this place even when others said negative things. The dentists are great but the administration that runs the office lacks customer relations. In 20 years, I had one no show for a cleaning appointment which was totally my mistake and one time I had to cancel an appointment due to a business trip that I was told about at 6pm and had to leave next am at 6am.
