No one answers the phone at this place. Dr. Chen needs to hire some actual staff at reception because you have to call a hundred times before anyone picks up to book an appointment. Not to mention you usually have to wait 2 hours for 5-10 minutes of his time at best.

Simply the best physician. Very communicative, caring, and hard working. Can't ask for more!
Do not go to this doctor. He doesn’t care about his patients and he will abandon you. My family and I have been going to him for years and once covid hit he completely abandoned us. My mother got colon cancer and not once has he checked up on my mother nor refills her prescriptions. They promise referrals which you never receive. Medication and prescriptions never filled.
