As a long time patient, I have moved onto another eye doctor. Too many times I scheduled, but when I arrive, they said there is no appointment for me. Too tired of wasting my time and driving there. They need to work on their front office/receptionist/scheduler.
I would highly recommend this doctor Real man , experienced eye doctor. I used to go Milan eye care , stop going there because I see how they ( Mr. Patel & gong ) asking you to agree with unnecessary treatment so they can collect from insurance. Dr Willie Chen is different. Very honest doctor.
Very good service from the nurses and the doctor.
