My first video appointment was straight forward because the office assisted with my login question about popups and I connected with plenty of time to meet with the doctor. Also site was also helpful when I needed to upload the photo and documents needed for Dr. Chen to view. I checked in with MyHealthOnline.
I've been seeing Dr Chen for about 5 years now. She is easy to talk to and answers all my questions. I feel very comfortable with her.
Anytime I have a visit with Dr. (Emily) Chen I know it’s gonna go great and all of my issues will be addressed. Dr. Chen actually listen to what you have to say about why you came in to see her. She rapidly addresses any issues to make you feel that she cares about your well being also with referring you out to specialist that you may need to see. I appreciate Dr.Chen.
Always have excellent visits with Dr Chen.. she answers all questions and is genuinely interested in what your saying and never rushed
I love Dr. Chen. She is very thorough and very easy to talk to. She really listens to anything that’s going on with you. I recommend her Highly.
