He's very thorough & friendly. He explained what my condition is and the prognosis of what will happen in the future. Any questions I have he answers, his staff is also very friendly and they know what they're doing. All in all I like Dr Chen and his staff and plan on staying with them through this journey.
Dr. Chen has poor personal skills with patients. Causes unwarranted pain during treatment. And presents himself to be "little god syndrome".
He is satisfied, once the pills have control, not really worried about living with, better treatment, and letting the patient have a word in edge wise. Not worried about the patients quality of life!
If I could give negative stars, I would! Dr. Daniel Chen at Salem Health Neurology is easily the worst physician I have ever experienced. He is rude, dismissive, condescending, and proves that he has no compassion or empathy for his patients. I went to him multiple times and each time he made it clear he had no interest in any questions I had and had zero interest in explaining anything to me.
