Dr. Chen was only concerned about my weight and not the symptoms I've been facing. I left the appt in tears with no answers. While I understand being overweight is an issue, it's not what is causing my pain. He said "since you're overweight, coughing and sneezing can cause you trauma. Lose weight and wear an abdominal binder." I wouldn't recommend him, and I won't be returning.
Went to this doctor feeling terrible. He never listened to me, he only spent maybe 5 or 10miniutes with me. I left the first time feeling like no one cared, but at least I had a scope scheduled to try and figure out what was wrong with me. So the scope comes, everything goes as good as I guess a scope can go, and I am left waiting to hear the results. Dr. Chen worked a miracle on my father-in-law who had been in excruciating pain for days. Dr. Chen showed up in his hospital room , and in no time, using only his hands, took care of the issue. Thank you Dr. Chen!!
My Daughter saw Dr. Chen on Friday and I loved the way he explained her issue and what needed to be done. She needed that talk he wasn’t mean or judgmental he was to the point. Thank you Dr. Chen! We will be back to see you
