I purchased a truck here about a year ago. At first, everything seemed great. Ross was very nice and the truck was clean and just what I wanted. They advertised that left coast (which they have some sort of ownership of in concord) had serviced it and gone through it. In the ad it was specifically stated that the fuel filter was changed. Called and spoke to Ross about pictures of 2 vehicles they had, he seemed disinterested in my request. Never heard back. Sent him a message asking again and still never heard back. Really unfortunate too, because I was ready to buy a truck.
