This place is terrible. They should be shut down. They have a 2 star rating. How do you stay open as a medical factility with that low of a rating? The dentist and staff and rude and lied about my son's tooth just so he could get money out of my son. Do not take your kids there.
The dental hygienist was the sweetest and after not being to a dentist in years she did a pain free cleaning. Then comes in the dentist. He pokes the tool right in my bad tooth. Thanks it wasn't hurting before but now it does. He is rough and not very friendly at all. I wish Medicaid had more options for us in this area
Was there and the hygienist I saw was horribly rude and acted inconvenienced when I asked anything. That made me switch dentist to just go today since I needed work done according to chemung. They had told me I needed 9+ root canals among other work. Low and behold today while at my new dentist when I told them they looked at me like I was crazy. I was then told I need At MOST 2-3 root canals! These ppl would have destroyed my mouth! I'll never step foot in there again!

Well let's see went there was told I needed 4 root canals he did one and he was the roughest dentist in the world so I still can not chew on the tooth he did a root canal on so I went to another dentist and guess what I don't need any root canals nothing wrong with my teeth he is a crook and messing with people teeth I'm gonna turn him in
