If you want to schedule an infusion, you have to leave a message with your name, d.o.b. and phone number and they are supposed to call you back. I left 2 messages this week and still have not heard back from them. The infusion center is indifferent to patient's concerns and requests, unlikely to respond to any requests in a timely manner, and generally unprofessional overall. Let's be honest, no one wants to go there. That being said, the staff is great. They talk to you, joke around a little - but stay professional - and genuinely make you feel welcome. I hate going, but look forward to it at the same time.

They have always been friendly and helpful, and have done their best to remedy the errors... read more
