I have been a client my whole.life. I was in really good care with Dr Bell. Once his new Dr took over I quickly saw a difference in heath care. A few years ago I lost a family member who complained daily of pain which was ignored....pills were pushed instead of finding a solution. This person had a history of cancer ...her thoughts were the cancer was back. The receptionist for Dr Cuppy was extremely rude and dismissive, and prevented access to my child’s care, not allowing a legal guardian to fill out paperwork because I wasn’t next of kin. She also referred to me as someone who isn’t legal guardian of my child. Nurse practitioner allegedly reccomended a medication for my toddler, when manufacturer has stated it is not meant for children under 12. Definitely concerned about their practices here and wouldn’t recommend this office.
