Very good service.
Always such a pleasant place to come. Everyone is courteous and friendly. Lovely salon. And Aubre is awesome- she does amazing work and I look forward to seeing her each time. Wouldn’t go anyplace else.
I would like to brag on Fefe for just a moment please. I walked in with a HOT mess. Prior to Chemistry at a different salon in Shreveport, I received a botched haircut. Botched is mild for how horrific the haircut looked lol. Anyway, I booked with Chemistry on a whim because I have several friends who are loyal clients. Fefe managed to turn a nightmare haircut into something I loved all while preserving as much length as possible. She was incredibly kind, empathetic, and took her time with the cut. Would not reschedule appointment after family emergency. Rushed over to avoid deposit of $150 loss and directions on google maps is wrong . Extremely difficult to locate. Horrible cancel policy. They think they are more important than a doctors office who has cancel fees of $10. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
