Glenn replied quickly to my initial email, gave a variety of times he could come and produced results. Photo shows one rug partway through and how much of a difference he made so fast. Very happy with the cleanliness of my couch and rugs now, plus he was lovely with my dog which makes it so much easier. Don’t put it off like I did.
