We’ve been with Chemical Control for several years. Steve Lobb was the technician that was just at our residence to do some necessary work. He was very knowledgeable and efficient doing his work. He’s friendly and typical of the employees at Chemical Control. We were very pleased with his professionalism and the job Chemical Control does for us.
Help manage condominium, promised they would spray and sweep the common areas, along with individual balconies. What a joke! Could Barely noticed any improvement in cleanliness. And then when questioned, told ‘not a cleaning company’, even though promised and included in cost. Would never use them again or recommend.
Terrible company when you get hung up on the manager Tina for questioning why they never showed up. No calls, nothing. "We may get to you when it is convenient."Blocked multiple days. Now another week of no books. I do not recommend.
Always do a great job getting rid of unwanted pest! Reasonable priced, knowledgeable staff and dependable.
Quick to come with quality work. I haven't seen any sign of a wasp building a nest on my home after the exterminator sprayed the house.
