I’m tired of the customer service and I will be leaving this banking institution.
After dealing with the commercial part of this bank and the branch manager telling me I was approved and dragging me over 5 months the underwriter asking for corporate papers that the book keeper kept saying that if they would have read my tax returns they would have known what to ask for. After they turn me down they said the insurance money would have made a difference in the decision but was in the paper they did not read it .
