I'm sorry but this is the worst experience ever that I had with my California client. It took over 4 months to close 3 duplexes. I had to beg the Listing Agents on the other side to not pull the deals and to not keep my buyer's earnest money. Never in my life have I ever experienced such incompetence. I've done a home mortgage and refinanced multiples times with other banks with no delays. Trying to close on a home with Chemical Bank. 800 credit score, no credit card debt, no car loan, stable good paying job. Despite good financials, It's been months and I've seen a pattern of delays, no response, multiple requests for the same documents.
