They are the best
Finally an honest and knowledgeable pool place! Testing is accurate and, unlike IR and Leslie’s, their recommendations are spot on (they don’t tell you to use double what’s needed so you’ll have to add other stuff to compensate). And can’t beat their recommendations for bigger equipment like the Dolphin Robots and salt systems
The staff here are amazing! They are knowledgeable and willing to assist the customer. Whenever I have a pool problem, I seek their guidance and always leave as a satisfied customer. The staff here are professionals at their craft and are always willing to share their knowledge. Chemex will also test your water and sell you what is needed. I prefer Chemex over the chain stores as Chemex always provides individual service which pertains to that particular customer.
Great customer service and super knowledgeable. We went to another place to be nameless who gave us incorrect information a few years ago. Since then we use chemex for all pool needs. Go see Charlie and the crew for great advice and fair pricing.
