First of all I never felt embarrassed and disrespected in such way in a medical office. I came with my 2 small kids, the waiting area had probably another 2 families. We were waiting 40 min in the waiting area. Just to find out they didn't even start checking our insurance. After about 40 minutes a nurse called us in the room. She wasn't nice at all, wasn't patient to kids. I didn't say anything, i understood that she might have a long day...she left telling us that the provided is coming shortly We were waiting another hour... read more
