I have been using Chemas Auto for tires and service for at least 10 years. Great service all around. I had to have my engine replaced in my Genesis, not an easy task, a lot can go wrong. Having been a Service Manager at auto dealerships in the past I know how easy it is to leave something unplugged or fail to tighen something all the way on a major job. The customer service is HORRIBLE. I literally did everything asked of me to keep my car even with being sick with covid. My car was still taken after all documents and payments were made, and I was told that I would have to pay a repossession fee and drive 1 hour to their location to pick up my car. I was passed around to several different agents that were very rude and could not help at all. I do not recommend this auto company to anyone.
